Administration Coordinator

We are seeking an Administration Coordinator who will play a key role in supporting the CEO and strengthening the daily operations of Progressive West Consulting. This full time, home based position offers the opportunity to join a high performing, mission driven consulting team that is shaping community and economic development across southern Alberta. The successful candidate will provide executive support, office coordination, and light bookkeeping within a flexible environment that rewards initiative, strong organization, and consistent follow through. PWC is entering a new phase of growth, and this role offers meaningful responsibility, autonomy, and the chance to help build the internal systems that support our work with municipalities and community partners.
